Kanchanaburi is a town in west Thailand. It’s known for the Death Railway, built during WWII. The line crosses over the River Khwae Yai via the Death Railway Bridge. Displays at the JEATH War Museum honor the prisoners of war who died building the bridge. The Thailand–Burma Railway Centre explores the wider history of the railway. Nearby, thousands of Allied soldiers are buried at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery.

Kanchanaburi is een stad in West-Thaïland en staat bekend voor « De spoorlijn des Doods » die gedurende de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd gebouwd.
De spoorlijn passeert over de rivier Khwae Yai via de « Death Railway Bridge » (De Brug van de spoorlijn des Doods). In het JEATH-oorlogsmuseum worden de krijgsgevangen herdacht die de brug hebben gebouwd.
In het Thailand-Burma Railway Centre kan men de ruimere geschiedenis van de spoorlijn leren kennen.
De oorlogsbegraafplaats Kanchanaburi War Cemetery is de laatste rustplaats van duizenden geallieerde soldaten.

Kanchanaburi est une ville de l'ouest de la Thaïlande connue pour « la Voie ferrée de la mort » construite pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Cette ligne de chemin de fer traverse la rivière Khwae Yai par le pont « Death Railway Bridge » ( Le pont de la voie ferrée de la mort) . Dans le JEATH War Museum, des photos et des peintures rendent hommage à ceux qui sont morts en construisant ce pont.

07:30 Pick you up at the hotel, bus, railway station or airport in Bangkok to visit Talad Rom Hub, train market. And then transfer to visit Damnoen Saduak floating market. Continue to visit Wat Bang Kung and then have Thai local food for lunch.
Afternoon arrive in Kanchanaburi, The first stop of the trip will be at the Burmese Railway Museum. This is an interactive museum and information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand-Burma Railway. It showcases photos and models to teach and understand the background of what happened during the war. Stop at the War Cemetery, memorial to some 6,000 allied prisoners of war. Continue trip by long tail boat to check in at good and clean Ralf without electricity to get back to basic dinner and overnight.

Around 08:00, after breakfast check out and back to the pier to visit Saiyok Yai National Park, for visit and swimming at waterfall lunch will be on raft. Afternoon visit train ride on death railway, the hellfire pass. In the afternoon visit The Bridge on the River Kwai is a 1957 British-American epic war film directed by David Lean and based on the novel Le Pont de la Rivière Kwaï (1952) by Pierre Boulle. The film is a work of fiction that uses the historical setting of the construction of the Burma Railway in 1942–1943.and check in at Felix river Kwai and take a rest as your leisure.
19:30 Pick you up to have BBQ local dinner in town. And back to the hotel overnight.
